Core capabilities
Organize programs by day, location, or category and let visitors save a personal list of can’t-miss events.
Guide guests to barns, arenas, stages, gates, parking, restrooms, and midway attractions with searchable map pins.
Build browsable listings with photos, descriptions, categories, contact links, and directions to each location.
Share weather notices, schedule changes, reminders, and safety information directly with app users.
Publish classes, judging information, and results in a central place for exhibitors and families.
Give partners useful visibility through featured listings, banners, linked content, and sponsored activities.
Native app offline access
Crowded fairgrounds. Remote festival sites. Busy convention halls. Grandstand’s native apps keep nearly all core app content available offline once it has downloaded, so attendees can keep exploring when reception is weak or unavailable.
Your team manages content in the web-based Grandstand Admin. The app downloads content to the device and checks for updates at supported refresh points when a connection is available. Between updates, visitors can continue using the content already stored on their phones.
Plan ahead: Download and open the app before arriving. New content updates and features that use online services require a connection.
Plan the day
Visitors can browse daily programs, see what is happening now, open event details, and favorite activities for quick access later. Teams can connect schedule items to locations and supporting information.

Navigate the grounds
Use a fairgrounds graphic or supported native map, then add searchable pins and filters for barns, stages, gates, food, and amenities. Locations can connect directly to schedules, vendors, and other app content.
Explore Interactive Maps
Discover more
Food, vendor, and exhibitor listings can include photos, links, categories, descriptions, and a View on Map action. Guests can search for the experience or menu item they want instead of scanning a printed directory. Once guests find those can't-miss items, they can click the star to favorite the item and save it for future reference. Favorite lists can be accessed to show all favorites on a single page.

Communicate changes
Send notifications for weather, gate information, contest reminders, and updated times. Alerts can also open relevant content in the app so attendees can act on the message.

Manage it your way
Build and manage it yourself: Update schedules, maps, listings, and announcements through Grandstand’s browser-based tools.
