How much does a 4-H or FFA app cost?
Pricing depends on the publishing option, package, and services you select. Review the Youth Organization Pricing page or contact Grandstand for help choosing the right option.
Can we use the same app for events and year-round communication?
Yes. Programs can refresh schedules and resources for fairs, conventions, camps, workshops, meetings, and ongoing communication throughout the year.
Can families save schedules and find activity locations?
Yes. Supported schedule items can be favorited and connected with location information to help members and families plan. Favorites do not provide registration, ticketing, or reservations.
Can we include project resources, lessons, and quizzes?
Yes. Programs can provide supported documents and links, create short lessons with text, images, or video, and add supported quiz questions with optional scoring. These tools are not a full learning-management or educational-record system.
How do we publish competition results?
Where supported, results exported from another system can be organized in a spreadsheet and prepared for import into Grandstand. This is not an automatic live connection to judging or results software.
Can some content require login?
Selected content can use supported login or access restrictions when included in the chosen package. A container-app publishing option does not by itself make content private.
Can our team manage the app, and is setup assistance available?
Yes. Authorized staff can update schedules, resources, contacts, results, maps, and announcements with Grandstand’s browser-based tools. Design and content-loading help is available; scope and fees depend on the selected package and services.
What works when internet access is limited?
Offline availability depends on the selected package and content type. Newly published updates, external links, and push-notification delivery require a connection. Ask Grandstand which schedules, pages, maps, or documents can remain available with limited connectivity.
How can our app be published?
Publishing options depend on the organization and selected package and can include an eligible supported container or a stand-alone branded app. Stand-alone apps require Apple and Google developer accounts and store approval. Contact Grandstand to confirm which options are available for your 4-H, FFA, or Extension program.
