Effective date: Sept. 19, 2026
Move Creative LLC, doing business as Grandstand Apps ("Grandstand," "we," "us," or "our"), operates grandstandapps.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through our public website and the choices available to you.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers visits to our public website, contact and sales inquiries, demo requests, and information submitted through our initial app or widget signup process. It also covers our communications with you about those requests.
This website policy does not describe all data practices within the Grandstand administration platform, mobile apps, or customer websites and widgets. Those services may involve different information and purposes, including information handled on behalf of an event organizer or other customer. Consult the privacy notice provided with the relevant service, or contact us to identify the notice that applies. A link to our website does not make this policy the privacy policy of a customer or third party.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Depending on how you use the website, we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide it, organization or event information, and the subject and contents of messages you send us.
Signup information. When you start setting up an app or widget, we collect the fields you submit, such as an app or project name, project type, website address, location, event details, language preference, email address, and account credentials. We also receive your selected template and whether you choose AI-assisted setup. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in general inquiry or project-description fields.
Demo and communication information. When you schedule a demo or communicate with us, we receive your contact information, appointment details, and information you choose to provide about your needs.
Information collected automatically. Our website and the providers that support it may collect your IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring page or campaign information, pages visited, dates and times of visits, interactions with website features, and cookie or similar identifiers. An IP address may indicate an approximate location. This is different from precise device location information that may be used within a mobile app.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, help you evaluate Grandstand, create and support your requested setup, and communicate with you. We also use it to operate and improve the website, understand website activity and advertising performance, prevent spam and misuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
We may send information about Grandstand products and services, consistent with your preferences and applicable law. You can ask us to stop marketing messages as described below.
4. Optional AI-assisted setup
If you select AI-assisted setup, we use the project information and source content involved in that request to help generate an initial design and content. Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential material that you are not authorized to provide.
5. Cookies, advertising, and embedded services
Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies can support website functions, protect forms from spam, and measure website and advertising activity. Some are supplied by other companies.
Google advertising and Meta Pixel. Our website includes Google advertising tags and the Meta Pixel. These tools may collect online identifiers, browser and device information, and information about visits and interactions. Depending on the settings in use, they may support advertising measurement, audience creation, and personalized advertising on other services. Providers may associate website activity with information they receive elsewhere, including information about activity over time and across websites.
Google reCAPTCHA. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help identify automated activity and spam. Google processes information needed to provide this protection, which may include device, browser, and interaction information.
Scheduling and other embedded content. We use Zoom Scheduler for demo bookings. When a page loads or you interact with scheduling, video, map, or other embedded content, its provider may receive information directly from your browser. Information you submit through a booking tool is also handled by that provider under its privacy notice.
More information about these providers is available here:
6. How we disclose information
We disclose information to providers that help us operate the website and respond to you, including providers of hosting, communications, security, scheduling, and the AI services identified above. We disclose information as needed for the services they provide. Advertising and embedded-service providers may also collect information directly as described in section 5; their own privacy notices explain their additional uses.
We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or obtain professional advice. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law. We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Marketing messages. You can use an unsubscribe link where provided or email info@grandstandapps.com to ask us to stop sending marketing messages. We may still send messages needed to respond to your requests or administer a service you use.
Browser and provider settings. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies. These settings may affect website features and do not necessarily stop every form of data collection. Google and Meta also provide advertising preferences within their services. These provider settings are separate from any choices you make directly with Grandstand.
Requests concerning your information. You can contact info@grandstandapps.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses, sales, or sharing. These rights may be subject to exceptions.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, we may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Please do not send your password or identity documents with your initial request. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a decision by contacting us, or complain to a relevant privacy regulator. We respond in accordance with applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.
8. How long we retain information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the nature of the information, the status of your inquiry or account, our relationship with you, and legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to applicable retention requirements and backup processes.
9. Information security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International visitors
Grandstand is based in Nebraska, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. This policy does not waive any rights or transfer protections that apply to you under law.
11. Children
Our public website is for adults evaluating or managing Grandstand services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through this website. If you believe a child has provided information here, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. Customer apps and youth programs may have different audiences and data practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. We will post the revised policy and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or other notice appropriate to the change and required by applicable law.
